Another great band from Detroit! Formed in 1976 with members Belita Woods, Tranita Womack, Charles Overton, Gerald Kent, Jeryl Bright, Lamont Johnson, Larry Sims, Renell Gonsalves and Bob Ross.
Signed to new label Tabu Records by Clarence Avant (The Black Godfather), the band quickly recorded the label’s first LP “Stormin'” and they were on their way. The very first Tabu single issued was “Lovin’ Is Really My Game” and its infectious energy gave the band a #14 disco hit and it matched that position on the Hot Soul (R&B) Chart in the spring of 1977.
